3 Part Lesson — Marcelo shows a flashy sweep for when you get under both arms from Butterfly: [I] Obtaining Double Underhooks against your opponent from the Butterfly Guard allows you to steer his upper body and effectively guide his weight into the air for an easy sweep. Lock your hands high around his shoulders and keep close as you look to lift him up with your hooks, prop him up by the hips, and turn him over onto his side. [II] The same aforementioned set-up for this sweep can also be accomplished using Double Collar Grips; but, in the event that your opponent sprawls on your hooks and prevents you from propping up his hips, push both of his arms off to the side and slip underneath his leg for 1Leg X. [III] Prepare yourself to catch your opponent's leg if he opts to bail from the 1Leg X Entry and then gain both hooks for the X-Guard Unbalance Sweep.
