Seat Belt Counter, Back Escape
2 Part Technique - Forcing your shoulders to the mat is the most important technique to escape the Back Position. You must break the opponent's Seat Belt Control first to create the necessary space for the escape. Clasp your hands together as a frame for the strongest way possible to break the Seat Belt. Use the new 2on1 to force the opponent's arm on the opposite side of your escape.
