2 Part Technique - Bridge against an opponent's attempt to roll you using your takedown's momentum. Turn to your knees and hold the position, so the opponent cannot circle out with the Front Headlock control. Slowly climb up the opponent's body, freeing yourself from the Guillotine hold. Switch the stuck arm across the opponent's body if you cannot escape the hold. If the opponent is able to control your bridge with a Reversed Headlock, escape the control similar to the Seat Belt using a frame and 2on1. Be aware an opponent with longer arms can create chokes from this position.
