3 Part Technique - If your opponent commits both of his hooks to take your back while turtled, he voluntarily relinquishes control over where the position will end up next; use this opportunity to stand up to your feet and escape his back control. Begin to stand up to your feet, posting your hand on the mat sparingly, until you reach a stable base to start shaking him off your shoulders. If you must post your hand, remember to place it as close to your feet as possible to avoid him slipping onto an armlock as he falls. If he posts his hand to the mat to stop falling off, snatch his arm and pass it over your face so you can roll forward and land into the back escape. If he realizes he is losing the back position and decides to transition to the mount, maintain your bridge from the back escape and use the bat grip to shove him back to the mat before he can establish on top.

Seeing the likely reaction and what to do in return helps a lot. I'm glad you linked the three moves. Also liked the pointers on keeping the hips elevated (and why) and keeping the shoulders on the mat (and why).
