Spiral Armbar from Mount, Triangle from Mount
2 Part Technique - When your opponent resists having his arms pulled away from his chest while mounted, pummel underneath his forearm with yours and direct his arm to the outside. Lower your chest to block him from re-pummeling back inside and heave him up onto his shoulder as you step up to pinch his arm between your armpit and lap. Lay your other leg across his chest by sitting off to the side to for the Spiral Armbar. Apply pressure with your torso and bent leg according to the position of his elbow for hyper-extension. If he begins to rise off of the mat before your can lay your leg across his chest for the armbar, shift your weight to the opposite shoulder attack with the Triangle Choke from Mount. Lock the figure-four by driving your hips forward into his tricep to bring his arm across his face and finish the triangle choke from the top.
