2 Part Technique - Your opponent's extended arms are vulnerable for attack with the Spiral Armbar if you replace your foot when he attempts to escape with the Knee Push. Seize his arm and pull it onto your lap as you step forward and sit on his torso. Quickly, chop your other leg down on top of his shoulder, clearing his free arm, and sit off to his side for the finishing position. If he has long arms, he may try to prevent you from submitting him by grabbing onto the inside of his own thigh. When this happens, use your hand to knock away his knee behind your back while you scoot your hips to break his grip. The finishing pressure comes from your ribcage pushing his wrist and your knee pulling his elbow inward.
