Hand Fighting from Standing, Hip Throw, Near Side Armbar, Breaking Gi Grips from Standing, Lateral Drop, Armbar from Mount
2 Part Technique - If an attacker pushes your chest, prepare for the next push and guide his arms around you with the prayer technique for Collar & Elbow Control. Keep your base between his feet as you spin into his hips for the throw and finish with a Nearside Armbar from Side Control. If he grabs onto your jacket and shakes you, pray your hands under and over his arms on the push away, and secure both of his elbows with Double Over Control. Sidestep and lay your leg in front of his foot to trip him with a Lateral Drop, and finish him with an Armbar from Mount.
