Elbow Push Escape vs Side Control
2 Part Technique - Escapes, transitions, and attacks requires mobility. If the opponent controls your head, your body cannot follow and preform. Think of the techniques and positions an opponent can hold your head and prevent the situation before you are immobilized. Before the opponent can secure Side Control by wrapping around your head, cross his arm by pushing at his elbow. If the opponent tries controlling your head by running North South and dropping his weight, continue circling to prevent it.
