2 Part Technique - Know the consequences of your attack. When you play Knee-On-Belly, prepare yourself for 3 different reactions from your opponent: (A) He does nothing; balance your weight and score the points. (B) He tries to push off your knee from his stomach; scoop up his his arm with an underhook for the Farside Armbar from Knee-On-Belly. (C) He tries to push away your other leg; scoop up his arm with an overhook for the Nearside Armbar from Knee-On-Belly. If you're not prepared for these possibilities, you will miss out on opportunities to end the fight.
