3 Part Lesson — Marcelo lectures on the Spiral Armbar and Omoplata from Mount: [I] If an experienced opponent tries to reverse your Sprawl with a Sit-Out before you can secure the Front Headlock Position, simply step over his body and land heavily in the Mount. As you land, drive your knees high, capturing one arm on his lap for the Spiral Armbar. [II] If your opponent locks his hands together behind your back while mounted, simply escape your hip laterally until the pressure breaks his grip. [III] If your opponent sits up before you sit off to the side for the Spiral Armbar, use his momentum against him by swinging both of your legs down for an Omoplata.
