Stacking Pass vs Open Guard
2 Part Lesson — Paul covers the Stacking Pass in greater detail: [I] Thumb-inside grip allows greater drive forward for pressure, a fingers-inside allows you to hold your elbow in tightly to maintain position. Don't turn when you pass the legs, let your side cut through and melt into the Side Control. [II] When your opponent blocks your hip with his hand, shake your hip and collapse his frame on the inside or outside of the wrist. Utilize your knee if your hip cannot readily buckle his arm down, this can also lead to other advanced transitions.
