1 Part Lesson -- Paul explains when and how to apply Knee-on-Belly: If your opponent makes frames and is about to escape their hip to insert their legs for a recovery, thrust your knee across their stomach and deflect their arms to control the position. If your opponent is defensive and inactive, you can pop up to the Knee-Mount to force more movement and also collect points.
