Rocking Motion Guard Recovery
Henrique constructs a drill arranged around a self-defense situation wherein you find yourself on the ground, on your back, with an opponent standing above you. Your partner shuffles around your Open Guard, forcing you to rock on your back to follow him. He will also throw kicks at random, forcing you to block them with your feet. When he gets to close, lightly kick your partner backward to free up some space for when you would escape with the Technical Stand.
