3 Part Technique - In terms of mirror symmetry, the Seatbelt Control is asymmetric in anatomic topology and strategy: if laying on the side of your overhook, you will be more stable; if on the underhook, you can be more offensive. Regardless of which side you find yourself on with the Seatbelt, the Bow-N-Arrow Choke is an invaluable submission that you must learn if you want to finish from the back in gi. Use your underhook to open up his lapel, allowing your choking hand to zip up high on the opponent's collar. Once you reach his chin, rip your clenched fist across his throat by pulling up on his forehead with your free hand like a Pez Dispenser. If his hand continues to pull at your choking hand, use your free hand to clean off his grips any way possible. As soon as you are unhindered, bring your leg across his lap and don't give him a chance to clear his head as you pull for the finish. Lastly, if he defends by getting his hand inside his own collar, palm strike his knuckles to scrape of the obstruction and continue on with the choke.
