2 Part Lesson — When Marcelo finds himself with Head n' Arm Control, his preferred submission isn't the Katagatame or Ezekiel Choke, but rather the Triangle Choke and Armbar from Mount: [I] Despite his opponent's defense against the Mount, Marcelo opts to drive his knee over the top of the opponent's arm after cinching up the Head n' Arm Control. Next, he sits on the opponent's chest, pulling upward on the head and arm, and swings off to the side with the arm for the Armbar. [II] If while sitting on top of the opponent's chest, you realize that your legs will allow for a figure-four around the head and arm, lay your shin behind his head and lock up the Triangle from the top.
