Marcelo guides his classroom through Back-Mount and Full-Mount Escape: Keep your chin tucked while breaking yourself free from your opponent's Seat-Belt Control; work with both hands an insert a frame inside to help break open your opponent's hands as you work your back onto the mat. Keep your hips elevated to keep your shoulders heavy and buy yourself enough time to maneuver your arms as Under-Hooks against their legs in Mount. Next, turn over onto your knees and induce a scramble that should at least get you back to neutral, if not slightly ahead of your opponent if they are late to follow your escape out through the backdoor, so to speak.
