Back Escape
2 Part Technique - Always force your back to the mat away from the opponent's choking arm. Use a strong bridge and continue to grind until your shoulders are pressing against the mat. Continuing the pressure will break the opponent's seat belt control. If the opponent is able to keep you on his choking arm side, roll completely and force your shoulder to the mat again. This rotation will reverse the position as if your initially started the first escape.
