Counter to Seatbelt Control, Back Escape

2 Part Technique - You must defeat the Seat Belt before you can escape the Back Control. Swim your hands inside and create a frame, which is similar to the frame against an Over Under Control vs Half Guard. This frame is a strong tool to break the control. As always, raise your hips and press your shoulders against the mat to escape the Back Control. If your opponent has long arms, the escape will slightly vary. The Seat Belt Control will not break, but you can create enough space to weave your head out instead.
