2 Part Technique - Keep your elbows in tight to protect your arms from submissions and prevent your opponent from having more control in Side Control. Make sure to raise your knees to prevent your opponent from possibly transitioning into the Mount. The Single Leg vs Side Control requires two strong bridges. The first bridge is to establish the far Underhook, while the second bridge is for pushing yourself away from the opponent's weight. This is a great technique to escape Side Control and possibly score points.
