Body Triangle Escape from Back Control
3 Part Lesson - The most important aspects in escaping the Back Control is to protect your neck and weld a connection to the mat with your shoulders. If the opponent clasps a triangle around your body, circle his arm and push against his elbow to shape the space needed in twisting back into his guard. It's also possible to use your feet to force the opponent's legs upwards, allowing you to swim both hands underneath to pry open his triangle.
