2 Part Technique - Create space to swim for an Under Hook by pushing your forearm upwards. Reach low after pummeling for the Single Leg to prevent the opponent from mounting or using the Spiral Armbar. If the opponent switches his base to nullify your Under Hook, use the Hip Roll vs Side Control because of the new opening available.

This is an excellent move from the bottom, especially the second part of the technique when the person on the bottom blocks the transition of the person on top’s arm to the far side of the person on bottom.
